'Kinesthetic Learning'

 

This method of teaching draws out remarkable progress in all of my students by taking part in interactive activities to engage and learn. They are not burnt out, they are fully engaged, and I will only choose activities that suit what they want to do and that match their personalities.

I have researched this type of study since my own GCSE days and I have been implementing it into my tutoring methods for the last 4 years. I ensure connecting the mind and body towards education is a priority in learning, thus helping the student to focus on the learning at hand and increase their intake of information to apply to varied situations. Not only does this work in succeeding exams, but it teaches them how to study and learn by themselves even outside of the classroom.

I always tell my students you need to learn how to fail and you need to learn how to succeed, because those two are the balancing factors of life - no matter what situation you are in, it is absolutely vital.​

 

Ultimately, a person is beyond their class tests, exams and degree - but I ensure to prioritise learning in daily life and not just for the grades. We do not strive for perfection here.
